About Amy
I want to help you to get unstuck and move forward into wholeness and health. We will build a partnership that leads to your discovery of what holds you back, developing a vision, setting and achieving goals, establishing boundaries, reframing thinking, etc. I specialize in working with women who are married to sex addicts and/or are struggling with chronic illness.
I have 10+ years of personal and professional experience supporting and walking alongside other women struggling with trauma, autoimmune, chronic illness, lack of energy and wellbeing. I began my own health & wellness journey in 2012, and walked along side many women who approached me to figure out how they could make similar changes. In 2017, I then began facilitating support groups for wives who were struggling with trauma due to marital betrayal. In May of 2019, I completed my education and training through the Christian Coach Institute to become a Certified Life Coach. I became an APSATS trained trauma coach in July of 2019, and I obtained my “Professional Life Coach” (CPLC) certification in September of 2019. I got certified through APSATS as a Partner Specialist (CPC) in 2022. I’m also an Advanced Biology of Trauma Professional-in-Training, certified through Trauma Healing Accelerated with the following certifications: Level 2 Certified in “Attachment & Neurodevelopment”, and “Biology of Freeze and Overwhelm” and Level 1 Certified in “Brain Health in Trauma” and “Stress, Heart Shocks, and Hormones in Trauma”.
I approach my coaching from a holistic viewpoint, working with the mind (thoughts/beliefs, etc), the body (biology and self-regulation) and the spirit. I provide support, guidance, and encouragement to help you examine the areas that are out of balance, get to the root of what is holding you back, break free from those strongholds, and move forward on your journey towards vibrant wellbeing.
It is my heart and passion to journey with women as they go from
. . .paralyzed to EMPOWERED.
. . . apathetic to ENERGETIC.
. . . hopeless to EXPECTANT.
